Tactical Rundown
Step 1: Create your Canva account
- Visit www.canva.com
- Click the “Sign Up” button in the top right
- Register a new account using Google, Facebook, Apple, or Email
- Follow the prompts to verify your email and complete your profile
Step 2: Set up your brand kit (Canva Pro users only)
- Go to “Brand Hub” in the left menu
- Upload your logo, select brand colors, and choose brand fonts
- Save settings to apply them to future designs
Step 3: Organize your Canva folders
- Click on “Projects” in the left menu
- Create folders for different content types (e.g., Social Media, Email, Print)
- Drag and drop designs into the respective folders for easy access
Step 4: Create and save a template
